Training
- Soft skill and core competency in work area are periodically reviewed and training programmes are conducted to enhance the same. Basically we are interested to develop and have our own internal faculty to provide training to the needy people.
- Technological updates and developmental aspects learned by our senior officials during their abroad visit to other food processing industries are given due consideration for implementation wherever it is required.
- Our stack holders like contract farmers are educated periodically through our veterinarians and trained farm supervisors.
